A Minor Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for a portion of Middle Tennessee until noon CST Monday, due to very cold wind chills expected to drop as low as 11°F. Davidson County is experiencing current conditions of a clear sky with a temperature of 22.3°F and light winds at 3 mph. No precipitation is recorded.

Earlier today, the high reached 29.3°F and the low dropped to 12.9°F with overcast skies. Winds reached up to 5.9 mph and there was virtually no chance of precipitation.

Tonight, the region can expect partly cloudy skies with a low temperature of 19°F, and the wind will continue to be gentle at up to 3.8 mph. The likelihood of precipitation remains very low at 1%.

Residents are advised to stay warm and minimize outdoor exposure by wearing appropriate clothing to prevent hypothermia. The very cold temperatures and wind chills can lead to serious health impacts from prolonged exposure.
