Lisa Anne Weems, age 63, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023.
Preceded in death by her father, Freddie N. Hazlewood, Sr.; grandparents, Wence and Louise Hazlewood, and Bryant and Annie Mae Strange.
She is survived by her mother, Yvonne Hazlewood-Hill; her partner of 25 years, Randy Kestner; children, Holly (J.J.) Sirmans, Hope (Dustin) Williams and Christopher (Marisa) Weems; stepchild, Brandy (Stephen) Reed; siblings, Scott, (Leanne) Hazlewood, Joe Bryant Hazlewood, and Freddie N. Hazlewood, II; grandchildren, Trevor Williams, Dallas Williams, Grady Sirmans, and Josie Sirmans; step-grandchildren, Micah Reed, Morgan Reed, and Reagan Reed.
Visitation will be at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home, 2707 Gallatin Rd., in Nashville, on Thursday, April 6, from 4 pm-8 pm and on Friday from 12 pm-2 pm. The service will be on Friday, April 7, at 2 pm in our chapel. https://www.phillipsrobinson.com
