Jackie Wayne Ballard Sr., our beloved “Big Jack” passed away on Friday, April 5th, 2024 at the age of 81.
He was born in Nashville, Tennessee to Ollie and Nellie Sue Ballard on November 19th, 1942.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years Judi Ballard.
Jackie is survived by his son, Jackie W. Ballard Jr. His two grandchildren Bailee and Brycen Ballard. He is also survived by a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and close loving friends.
A Gathering of Family and Friends for Jackie will be held Friday, April 12, 2024 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204.
