Harold Michael Rice, age 84 of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023.
Mr. Rice was born July 19, 1938 in Davidson County, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion Harold and Margaret Rice and sister, Carol Minsch.
He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Nancy Carolyn Rice; daughter, Debbie Honeycutt (Gary); son, Michael Rice (LeAnne); brother, Jerry Rice (Cindy); grandchildren, Brandon Rice (Niki), Clayton Honeycutt, Carmen Craig, Britany Hollingsworth and Stayce Hollingsworth; great-grandchildren, Eithan, Wyatt, Ani, Dylan, Dallas and Delta.
Mr. Rice was a member of Luton’s United Methodist Church. He worked as a cameraman for both Channel 2 for 20 years and TNN where he retired after 15 years.
After retirement, he worked for 15 years for Trickett Honda and Music City Honda. He loved his family and working as a helper for the church.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 8th from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Rev. Don Law and Rev. Louise Cole officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until time of service. Interment will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
