Homicide Unit detectives are investigating a fatal shooting of an 18-year-old outside an apartment building on Berkley Drive.
Luis Arita-Vasquez was found near a picnic table with a gunshot wound to his head on Wednesday around 9:30 p.m.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The motive remains under investigation. Detectives are continuing to seek information from those in the immediate area at the time.
