TPAC provided an important update to their Patron Entry Policy in accordance with guidance by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC):

  • Effective now, Tennessee Performing Arts Center no longer will require proof of a negative COVID-19 test or vaccination for entry to most performances.
  • TPAC highly recommends guests ages 2+ wear a mask while in performance venues and public spaces.
  • Touring companies and artists may have additional requirements for their engagements. For event-specific policies, visit TPAC.ORG/ShowUpdates.
  • To help protect the touring Broadway companies, TPAC will continue to require masks for Broadway at TPAC performances.

What Does This Mean For Me?

  • Though masks are not required for all performances, TPAC strongly recommends guests 2+ years of age wear masks consistent with CDC guidelines (completely covering the nose, mouth, and under the chin) while inside a TPAC venue or its public spaces when not actively eating or drinking.
  • However, masks are required for guests 2+ years of age to all Broadway at TPAC performances.
  • Additional policies for upcoming events will be shared on the Show Updates page and sent to ticket holders prior to performances. If you have questions, please email at [email protected] or call 615-782-4040 (M-F, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT).
  • TPAC will continue to adjust entry and safety protocols according to recommendations of health and government officials. For updated information, visit TPAC.ORG/PatronHealth. If you can’t find an answer on our website, please use the Contact Us online form to submit your question, and a customer service representative will respond in a timely manner.
