The Nashville Fire Department added a newly commissioned Truck Company to the Hermitage Area, Friday, April 26, 2024.
Truck Company 32, stationed at Fire Station 32 located at 4248 Andrew Jackson Pkwy, Hermitage, TN 37076, will enhance fire suppression capabilities and reduce response times in the region.
This Aerial Ladder Truck marks a significant milestone, increasing the total number of Aerial Ladder Trucks in Nashville from 12 to 13 across Metro Nashville Davidson County.
The truck will be readily available to respond to incidents not only in the Hermitage area but also in other parts of Metro Nashville Davidson County, as needed.
“We continue to add additional equipment and personnel to keep up with the growth of Metro Nashville Davidson County.” William Swann, Director Chief of the Nashville Fire Department and Nashville Office of Emergency Management said. “Truck Company 32 will be an important addition to the Hermitage area where it will help reduce response times and increase fire suppression resources,”
