The Sicilian Butcher has unveiled a refreshed menu featuring new housemade pastas, signature entrées, antipasti, pizzas and handcrafted beverages — all rooted in the authentic Sicilian flavors the restaurant has built its reputation on.
The updated lineup was created by Chef Joey Maggiore alongside Chef Omar Bernal, blending longtime guest favorites with new chef-driven dishes inspired by family recipes and traditional Italian cooking.
New Menu Highlights
- Lasagna al Forno – Ten layers of fresh pasta with three-meat ragù, ricotta, béchamel and mozzarella.
- Amalfi Gold – Tagliatelle tossed with jumbo shrimp, calamari, roasted garlic, heirloom tomatoes, olives, capers and citrus breadcrumbs.
- Ravioli Cacio e Pepe – Housemade spinach and cheese ravioli finished with pecorino cream and cracked black pepper.
- Chicken alla Tomaso – Herb-breaded chicken topped with prosciutto, roasted cherry peppers, mozzarella and a lemon wine demi.
- Shrimp Fra Diavolo – Jumbo prawns with toasted oregano breadcrumbs, spicy heirloom tomato sauce and mozzarella.
- East Coast Stuffed Pepper – Cubanelle pepper stuffed with Italian sausage and ricotta, finished with San Marzano tomato herb sauce.

- The Sicilian Almond Cream – made with almond, fresh lemon and orzata.
Each soda is crafted with San Pellegrino sparkling water and topped with sweet cream soft whip.
