Amarion Franklin, 18, is facing two counts of criminal homicide in connection of the murders of brothers Quintarius and Keianthony Newbell on Vailview Dr in October 2023.
The motive is tied to a lingering dispute. More arrests are expected.
Franklin was 17 at the time and is charged in Juvenile Court.
