Sadie’s, the beloved Mediterranean-inspired restaurant nestled in the lively Edgehill Village, will host the Third Annual ‘Light the Morning Benefit Brunch’ with Charles Esten on Friday, October 18, in support of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). The morning will feature an exquisite brunch menu along with inspirational discussions, led by acclaimed actor, singer, and longtime LLS advocate Charles Esten. Tickets are now available for $100 per person via Open Table. All proceeds directly benefit The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the world’s largest nonprofit health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research and providing educational and patient services.

“As a proud member of Nashville’s vibrant dining scene, we are honored to partner with Charles Esten on his important work with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society,” says Pennington Pribbenow, Managing Partner of Red Pebbles Hospitality. “Cancer research is a cause very close to me and Red Pebbles Hospitality, and this contribution underlines our profound commitment to giving back, particularly to those affected by this disease.”

“I feel so fortunate to continue our support of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the truly impactful work this organization provides patients, families, and the healthcare industry,” says Charles Esten. “The annual benefit brunch is dedicated to raising necessary funds and I am thankful to Sadie’s and Red Pebbles Hospitality for offering their unwavering support and providing the perfect setting for what will be a meaningful morning.”

The Light the Morning Benefit Brunch will highlight Sadie’s unique approach to American fare influenced by Mediterranean flavors. The elevated brunch menu will feature beloved signature dishes, served family style, such as Mezze Plate with hummus, olive tapenade, grilled pita, and crudites, Chopped Israeli Salad, Whipped Feta, Mediterranean Breakfast Skillet, and Chicken and Lamb Kebabs. The delectable menu will be accompanied by a “Make Your Own Cocktail Bar” as well as a special selection of wines and beer for the occasion.

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is the largest voluntary organization dedicated to finding blood cancer cures and ensuring patients can access necessary lifesaving treatments. Since 1949, the organization has invested more than $1.7 billion in revolutionary research, while providing hope, compassion, education and support to patients and families. Community initiatives, including the Light the Night Walk and Light the Morning Benefit Brunch, raise funds and pay tribute to those who have survived, those battling and those who have lost their fight with cancer.
