Zona Marie Shearrow, age 73, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021. Zona was born April 2, 1948 in Rice Lake, Wisconsin to the late Elmer and Hazel (Stearns) Shearrow.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two brothers, William Shearrow and Kenneth Shearrow, and one sister, Joann Posta. She attended Whittier Grade School and Rice Lake High School in Wisconsin. She received a degree in nursing. She worked as a nurse in St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville for over forty years until retirement.
She is survived by her two sisters, Joyce Kruit, Athens, WI and Elnore (Victor) Eckstein, Jasper, IN, and one brother, Richard (Connie) Shearrow, Medina, MN; one sister-in-law, Lois Shearrow, a host of nieces and nephews and her devoted friends and caregivers Kim, Pam Kay, and Emma.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
