Mrs. Terri Janette ‘TJ’ Holt Cohen of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, she was 65 years old.
She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 9th, 1957, and grew up in Osceola, Arkansas.
TJ was married to Jay Cohen for nearly 28 years.
TJ was an amazing wife, daughter, sister, and aunt, who devoted her life to the service of others through her nursing career and served several years as the director of the Emergency Department at St. Thomas Hospital (West). She loved to golf, travel, cook, read, and listen to music, and was beloved until the day she died.
She is preceded in death by her parents Rufus Paul and Betty Irene Holt, and her three precious Yorkies, Stinkerbell, SophieBelle, and Calliope.
She is survived by her husband Jay Steven Cohen and step-daughter Callie Paige Cohen, mother in law Florence Saperstein (Rudy), sisters Julie Collins, Pam Stiles (Nelson), brothers in law Mark Cohen and Lee Cohen (Deborah), sister in law Lisa Cohen, nephews Brett, Jeff and Alan, and nieces, Paige, Amber, Taryn, and Rachel.
