Teresa Ann Yates, Age 69 of Madison, Tn passed away on July 17, 2021.
Preceded in death by her parents, Charles Willard Wilkerson and Teruyo Kusano Wilkerson; nephews, Donnie Murphy, Charles Whitley, and Lee Owen; niece, Chelsea Purvis.
She is survived by her daughter, Amber Wilkerson; sisters, Mary (Mike) Lee, Colleen Harrington, Donna (Joe) Robertson, Daralene (John) Foley, and Angel (John) Grieve; she has numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens at a later time.
