Taliyah Frazier, age 4, passed away after police said two suspects opened fire on the car she was riding in at Dickerson Pike and Douglas Avenue.
The family is accepting donations to help with the unexpected cost of having to set funeral arrangements and additional expenses related to the death of their loved one. All help is greatly appreciated.
Taliyah leaves behind her parents, siblings, and many more relatives and friends.
