Nancy Hannah Petty of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2022, she was 82 years old.
Nancy was born in Prospect, TN on March 2, 1940. Nancy graduated from Prospect High School in 1958 and later went on to receive an RN Licensure from St. Thomas School of Nursing. Nancy worked at St. Thomas Hospital throughout her entire nursing career.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Joe Braden and Lucille Wilson Petty, her siblings Wilson Petty (Ruby), Sue Braden Whitworth (Perry), Ellen Read (Wayne), and Kenneth Petty.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Susan Hardcastle (Dale), Denise Jacobson (Marc), Karen Newton (Rick), Russell Read (Laura), and Joe Read (Allyce). Nancy is also survived by her sister-in-law Betty Petty, and a host of many loving great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Burial will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Maplewood Cemetery, 500 Ballentine Street, Pulaski, TN.
