Mrs. Maxine Thompson Clark of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022, she was 89 years old.
Maxine was born December 22, 1932 in Nashville, daughter of Lowell and Mary (Benton) Thompson.
Maxine was married to Robert “Bob” Clark for 58 years, he preceded her in death.
She retired in 1997 after serving 25 years as a school secretary for Metro Nashville Public Schools.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen Clark Colavecchio (Mike Smith) and Lori Kyle Clark; brother, Bill Thompson; grandson, Adam Weber (Liz McKinney) and granddaughter, Erin Weber Roth (Dennis Peatman); great-grandchildren, Mason Roth, Kinley Roth, Tavie Stinson, Alexander Stinson, and Mac Weber.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert K. “Bob” Clark; parents, Lowell and Mary Thompson; brother, Marvin Thompson and sisters-in-law, Ruth Thompson and Alice Thompson.
Memorial service in her honor will be held Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 12:00 PM, A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, April 2 from 10:00 AM until time of service at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204.
