Mary Linda MacDonald, age 80, of Nashville, TN passed away on September 4, 2023 after battling a short illness.
Mary was born on August 24, 1943 in Charlotte, NC to Francis Harry Grogan and Mary Kate Hill Grogan.
Mary graduated High School in Christiana, TN. She worked as a data entry specialist for Metro Nashville Public Schools for over 25 years. She retired when her grandson, Tanner, began middle school. In her free time of taking care of the grandchildren she enjoyed gardening, feeding her birds and loving on her dogs.
Mary is survived by her Daughter, Lori West; Son, Jon Lewis; Grandchildren, Jordan Lewis, Shelby Lewis, Tanner West and Nola Lewis; Siblings, Bruce Grogan and Sonny Grogan.
She is preceded in death by her Parents, Francis and Mary Kate Grogan; Sister, Karen Mays and her beloved fur baby, Izzy.

Services to Celebrate the Life of Mary will be held on Monday, September 11, 2023 at 4:00 O’Clock in the afternoon at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Lane Nashville, TN 37204. A Gathering of Family and Friends will take place at 3:00 O’Clock in the afternoon prior to the service.
