Lillie “Lil” Garland Hubbell, 99 of Nashville, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family.
She retired from Marshall & Bruce Printing Company. She attended Charlotte Avenue Church of Christ, now River Road Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph F. Hubbell; parents, Eugene G. and Jerdie Toler Garland; brothers, Morris, Edward, Leo, and Bill Garland; sisters-in-law, Jeannie Mae, Oma, Lucille, and Jo Garland; and stepson, Joe Allen Hubbell.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Patricia “Pat” Burns Gray; grandsons, Kevin (Alison) Burns and Brian (Elizabeth) Gray; granddaughter, Karen (Jeff) Hepler; sister-in-law, Marie Garland; great-grandchildren, Avery, Ansley, Ashlyn, and Corbin, Peyton, Hailey, and Ryan.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at West Harpeth Funeral Home located at 6962 Charlotte Pike in Nashville. A Celebration of Lillie’s Life will begin at 2:00 PM in the Chapel at West Harpeth. Following the service, Lillie will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Memorial Park with her grandsons and nephews serving as pallbearers. https://www.westharpethfh.com
