John E. “Johnny” Setters of Portland, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
He was born on November 7, 1956 to Raymond and Vickey Setters. In 1977, he married Emmally Martin.
He is survived by his wife Emmally; son John Marshall; and daughter Kelley Renee; and his mother Vickey Setters.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Johnny was a member of Bethel Church of Christ where a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
