Jerry Dale Martin, age 51, of Nashville, TN, passed away on September 26, 2021.
He is preceded in death by his ex-wife, Nakina Kaye Spence; parents, George Sr. and Nancy Martin; niece, Madison.
Survived by his children, Robert Dale( Nova Mitchell) Martin and Cayde (Chris) Martin; Grandchildren, Bentley, Brylee, Ava, Christopher, and Anthony “AJ” Mitchell; girlfriend, Julie Davis; brothers, George (Lisa) Martin, Jr. and Casey Martin; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Visitation will be at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home, 2707 Gallatin Rd., in Nashville, TN on Fri., Oct. 1 from 10 am-2 pm with the service at 2 pm in our chapel.
