Mrs. Helen Duncan Hall was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She passed away peacefully on September 22, 2021 at Mary Queen of Angels where she resided.

She was born in Nashville, TN in 1924, attended West High School, was a retiree of Central South Music Sales, and a long time member of St. John’s Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Hall, father, Ophrey Duncan, mother, Irene Duncan, sister, Opal Anderson, and brother in law, Guy Perry Anderson. She has three daughters: Judith Allen, Deborah Ford, and husband, Richard, Rebecca Woo, and husband Kerry. She has four grandchildren: Jonna Hargrove, Zachary Ford, Gary Woo, and his wife, Nora, and Megan Woo English, and her husband, Samuel. She has two nieces: Cheryl Anderson Slemp and her husband Keith and Deirdre Anderson. She also has five great-grandchildren: Joseph, Joshua, Elijah, Nathaniel, and Francis; two great-great-granddaughters, Sabrina and Makayla.

Helen enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and playing board games with her friends and family. She lived her life to the fullest, enjoyed traveling, and always maintained a warm smile and loving heart.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude’s Hospital.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Sunday, September 26, 2021 from two in the afternoon until five in the evening at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at ten in the morning on Monday, September 27, 2021, in Dignity hall of Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
