Ernest Leon Kimble, 76, born December 6, 1947, passed away at his home in Madison on February 18, 2024.
Mr. Kimble was a US Army Vietnam Veteran and retired as a Lieutenant after 36 years with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lelburn C and Mary Elizabeth O’Saile and his brother, Tim Kimble.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Kimble; two children, Rhett Kimble (Kellie) and Rachel Kimble; four grandchildren, Brittni Chapman (Adam), Tyde Kimble (Shelby), Crimson Jones (Tucker) and Corbin Newsome; three great-grandchildren, Carson, Lyla and River.
