OBITUARY: Donna Faye “Ms. Donna” Ochoa

Donna “Ms. Donna” Faye Ochoa, Age 68, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on July 19, 2026.

Preceded in death by her parents, Donald Lewis and Dorothy Neal; her stepfather, Ray Neal; daughters-in-law, Kala Phillips and Shawna Edmondson.

She is survived by her husband, Jose Ochoa; sons, Donald Phillips and Chris (Theresa) Edmondson; grandchildren, Leah and Taylor; siblings, Kenneth (Candy) Lewis and Wanda (Paul) Bradford; nieces and nephews, Heather, Jeremy, Autumn, and Paige.

Also known to many as “Ms. Donna,” she was a mother figure to countless people, welcoming others with kindness, guidance, and an open heart. She was known for remembering birthdays with homemade cookies and for sharing her famous German chocolate cake with family, friends, and neighbors. Donna had a special compassion for those who were struggling, often helping people who had nowhere else to turn and believing that everyone deserved a second chance. Her generosity, grace, and unwavering faith in others touched many lives, and her legacy of love and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Visitation will be at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 22 from 12pm -2pm. Our service will begin at 2pm in our chapel.
