Charles Edwin Mashburn, age 66, passed peacefully while surrounded by his family on January 19, 2022, at Alive Hospice in Nashville TN.
Edwin was a hard-working, devoted family man, loved them dearly. So much so, he continued to seek treatment until all avenues were exhausted.
He leaves behind his high school sweetheart/wife of 48 years, Sherrie B Mashburn; daughter, Niki (Butch) Curtis; grandchildren, Caleb and Cortney Curtis; brothers, Kevin and Buzzy Mashburn.
Fun-loving and thrill-seeking, Edwin was always ready for an adventure. Making long-lasting friendships in the process. Having a lifelong career in construction, he knew how to do everything and was always willing to lend a hand. Although he is no longer with us, his memory will live on in those that loved him so much.
Services will be conducted Thursday, January 27, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. (visitation 4-6 p.m.) at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road.
