Chance Seelig, 29, died June 27, 2026. Born January 23, 1997, in Memphis, Tennessee, Chance carried with him a steady devotion to the people and passions that mattered most, and he will be remembered with deep respect and enduring affection.
In his working life, Chance found purpose in dog grooming, a role that reflected his care for animals and the quiet patience such work requires. Those who knew him recognized a sincere spirit—someone who showed up for others in practical ways, with a grounded presence that did not seek attention, but earned appreciation.
Chance’s life was enriched by what he loved: his devoted friends, football, music, animals, and, above all, family. These interests were not simply pastimes, but the threads of connection that brought him joy and helped shape the way he related to the world—with loyalty, warmth, and a genuine heart for those around him.
Chance is survived by siblings, Abbey Seelig; Cole and Rylee Botteicher; and parents Lisa Vincent Seelig; and Alecia and Lee Seelig.
