Carolyn “Lyn” Irene Frankum was born in Memphis, TN, on February 19, 1937, and passed away on July 27, 2024.
She is survived by three siblings: Ed (Linda) Frankum, Dorothy (Paul) Nelson, and Rob (Debbie) Frankum. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Lyn earned her B.S. in Home Economics and her M.S. in Dietetics. She worked for Vanderbilt in various roles as a dietician for 32 years.
She was a member of Woodmont Hills Church where she was deeply involved with her church family.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 11, 2024, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow at 3:00 p.m., at the Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road. https://www.woodbinefuneralhome.com
