Burbon H. Lewis, age 83 of Hermitage, TN, passed away on December 27, 2021.
Preceded in death by wife, Barbara Lee Lewis.
Mr. Lewis was born in Nashville, TN, and attended Central High School. After serving our country in the U.S. Air Force, he worked for Atlantic Envelope Company for 30 years and then retired from RR Donnelly in 1999. His favorite activities were fishing, hunting, playing golf, and laughing.
He and his late wife, Barbara both attended Central Pike Church of Christ for over 26 years.
Survived by daughter, LeAnne (Jason) Cook; sons, Michael (Terri) Lewis & Mark Lewis; grandchildren: Burbon, Michael, Zachary, Emily, Jeannie, Samuel, Courtney, Katie, Ava, and Kate; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Peggy Baker; brother, Bobby (Anita) Lewis.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. (visitation 3-4 p.m.) at Central Pike Church of Christ, 4240 Central Pike, Hermitage, TN by Jerry Sawyer and Josh Whitson.
Services are provided by Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 615-331-1952.
