Alan David Love, age 55, of Old Hickory, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023.
He graduated from Dupont High School and worked for ADC Paving for many years. Alan enjoyed cooking and was an excellent cook. One of his favorite hobbies was working with CB and HAM Radios.
Preceded in death by his father, Dr. Samuel C. Love; brother, Samuel E. Love.
He is survived by his mother, Aileene Love; lifelong partner, Renee Carter; sister, Leann Long (Otto); sister-in-law, Debbie Love; brother-in-law, Reverend C. William Jones Jr. (Christy); step-sons, Aaron Carter and Eric Carter; granddaughter, Rylee Carter; nephews, Zachary Long (Ana) and Nicholas Long (Aubrey); niece, Jennifer Love Hicks (Daniel); great-nephews, Christopher, Easton, Zachary, Jr., and Hunter; great-nieces, Peyton, Hinsley, and Hadleigh.
