A Nashville man has been arrested after an 11-month investigation uncovered thousands of files containing child sexual abuse material on electronic devices seized from his home.
Special Victims Division detectives arrested 30-year-old Jonathan Hite at his Old Hickory Boulevard home following the investigation.
In February, detectives seized more than 100 electronic devices from the residence and sent them for forensic examination. Investigators said the analysis showed Hite was in possession of thousands of files containing child sexual abuse material.
Hite was arrested on a charge of sexual exploitation of a minor and is being held on $40,000 bond.
