The new development in downtown Nashville, Fifth + Broadway is on the market reports Nashville Business Journal.
Opening in March 2021, the mixed use property has retail stores some unique to Nashville- Nike, Carhartt, Tecova Boots, Kendra Scott, The Normal Brand and more. There are also restaurants like the 12/30 Club backed by Justin Timberlake, Sixty Vines, Slim and Husky, just to name a few.
Brookfield Properties expects the property to sell within a year. Burgin Dossett, VP of the development stated to Nashville Business Journal, “Fifth + Broadway is a thriving mixed-use complex, and we are proud of its development and success. … We remain bullish on the city and eager to explore opportunities to grow there over time.”
Cost of the project was estimated to be $430 million, a construction loan that matures in July 2024 is $360 million.
