A motorcyclist has died following a crash on Lebanon Pike near Lynmeade Drive on August 17 at 3:30 p.m.
The preliminary investigation indicates the motorcyclist was believed to have been traveling east at a high rate of speed when negotiating a curve in the roadway.
The Harley Davidson left the roadway and traveled across two driveways before the driver was separated from the motorcycle.
He was transported to Skyline Medical Center where he died.
Joseph Shadix, 40, was identified as the motorcyclist killed in the crash.
There was no evidence of impairment at the scene.
