May 6, 2024 – A woman died Sunday after being shot inside a Nashville apartment.
It happened in the 900 block of 16th Avenue North. The victim has been identifies as 25-year-old Elonshe Williams.
MNPD say Williams had come to visit the 26-year-old female resident of the apartment, who has two children. Detectives are working to corroborate a report that a three-year-old fired the semi-automatic pistol, which belonged to the victim.
