September 27, 2023 – A Nashville man wanted for the April 9th fatal shooting of Juan Marquez, 35, on Charles E. Davis Boulevard, is in custody in Chattanooga for unrelated offenses.
Edwin Harris, 35, was indicted by the Davidson County Grand Jury for first-degree murder earlier this month. He will be returned to Nashville in the near future.
