September 19, 2023 – A driver has died following Monday’s 10:20 p.m. single-car crash on Harding Place near Shadescrest Drive.
The preliminary investigation indicates Angel Guerra, 18, was driving a Chrysler 300 westbound at a high rate of speed when he ran off the roadway, struck a mailbox, two concrete culverts, and a telephone pole, before overturning.
He died at the scene.
Toxicology testing will be conducted to determine whether impairment was a factor in this fatal crash.
