Cocktail Lounge Pullman Standard Releases New Menu

Pullman Standard has a new menu to delight the senses and warm the hearts of Nashville’s food and cocktail enthusiasts. The Station District’s renowned cocktail lounge, known for its innovative cocktails and exceptional small plates, has crafted a seasonal menu that celebrates the flavors of fall and early winter.

Located in Cummins Station at the edge of The Station District, Pullman Standard has quickly become a hot spot for locals and tourists alike. With commitment to using high- quality ingredients, Pullman Standard has created a winter menu that showcases the best of these seasonal flavors.

The menu at Pullman Standard is arranged by style. Highlights of shaken cocktails include:

  • Think Different: Bourbon, apple butter, lemon, cinnamon, angostura, foam bitters.
  • Corn Utopia: Mezcal, whiskey, Nixta corn liqueur, St-Germain, lime, agave, cornmilk, corn foam.
  • Pears with Cheese: Vodka, spiced pear, lemon, angostura, rosemary, drunkengoat cheese.The mixology team has also created a new selection of classics and seasonal interpretations:
  • Seasonal Negroni: Barrel finished gin, Fine Ruby Port, Cocchi di Torino, Campari, blood orange rooibos tea.
  • Toasted Banana “Jackquiri”: Jack Daniel’s Bonded Whiskey, Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7, banana, brown sugar, lime, finished with a toasted banana foam.
  • Sour Apple Martini: Copper & Kings unaged apple brandy, Red Bull reduction, citric acid.
  • Nitro Espresso Martini: Ketel One vodka, Mr. Black coffee liqueur, Good Citizen Coffee Co. dark roast, brown sugar, vanilla.Both the Sour Apple and Nitro Espresso Martinis are also available as “Tiny Tinis” for a smaller pick me up on a crisp fall evening.

Pullman Standard is renowned for their low and no ABV cocktails, with several options perfect for the cooler winter months, including:

    • Sangria: Alcohol-removed cabernet sauvignon, pomegranate, oj, cinnamon, club soda.
    • The Conductor: Grapefruit, orgeat, cinnamon, lemon, star anise.
      These cocktails join a limited selection of shareable plates and desserts, including:
    • “Bar Car” Onion Dip: a house made dip with potato chips.
    • Il Viaggio Focaccia: Our own ricotta with really, really, good olive oil.
    • Duck Totchos: Tater tots with picked onions, salsa verde, lime crema, queso andcilantro.
    • Signature Cheeseburger: With black garlic aioli, American cheese, iceberglettuce, pickled onions, and fries.
    • Cheesecake Pot de Crème: Pumpkin spice shortbread, lavender Chantilly, glitter.

The new winter menu is available starting October 3, 2023, and will be offered throughout the season. Seating is first come first served, but guests can also make reservations online at www.pullmanstandardbar.com.
