Suspect in Carjacking a Pizza Delivery Man Arrested and Charged

November 2, 2022 – A coordinated police response by North Precinct officers and Violent Crimes Division detectives led to Tuesday night’s arrest of Charles Green-Fuqua, 15, who is accused of carjacking a pizza delivery man outside an apartment at 2400 Buena Vista Pike.

Officers quickly responded and obtained the vehicle description, a silver Nissan Rogue bearing an Alabama license plate. Detectives flooded the area and were able to locate the SUV leaving a Dickerson Pike gas station. Green-Fuqua was stopped and taken into custody. A handgun was recovered from the Rogue. Items taken from the victim were located inside the teen’s pocket. Green-Fuqua, who was positively identified as the suspect, is charged in Juvenile Court with aggravated robbery. His photo is being withheld due to lineups in other cases.
