There’s always something going on at Dollywood, and now that the 2021 season is well underway, it’s time to start planning your family vacation. Any time is a good time to go, but the park’s festivals offer even more excitement, food, music and fun for all ages. Here are dates to take you through the year.
Flower & Food Festival:
Now through June 7, the festival features stunning flower features, including one of Dolly Parton’s mother sewing her Coat of Many Colors. New this year is the Flower & Food Dining Pass. Enjoy five culinary festival items for one price.
Summer Celebration
June 25-July 31, offers later nighttime hours, particularly exciting for seeing the park in the dark from a seat on one of the roller coasters high above. New this year will be a combination fireworks/drone display every night at the newly opened Wildwood Grove. It’s billed as a groundbreaking, multi-sensory experience that paints the night sky with stunning animations and fireworks.
Harvest Festival
Is a celebration of the fall season happening September 24-October 30 featuring Great Pumpkin LumiNights when Dollywood stays open late, giving families more time to enjoy the glow of thousands of carved pumpkins throughout the park. Sample harvest-themed foods and enjoy a downhome experience of a Smoky Mountain harvest.
Smoky Mountain Christmas,
November 6-January 2, 2022. This festival has earned one of the theme park industry’s most-coveted awards — the Golden Ticket. From award-winning holiday shows and food to over-the-top decorations and twinkling lights throughout, the park captures the essence of the holiday season.
