Stanley E. Harris, age 91, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
He was born and raised in Bloomfield, Missouri, and graduated from Bloomfield High School. Stanley furthered his education at Trevecca Nazarene College before starting a long and successful career as a plumber for over 50 years.
On March 22, 1956, Stanley married the love of his life, Dorothy Eunette Grimes, in Nashville, Tennessee. Together, they shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Stanley was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather to his family. He was known for his kind heart, compassion for others, and willingness to always lend a helping hand.
Stanley was a dedicated member of Trinity Nazarene Church, where his faith and commitment to his community shone through in everything he did. His legacy of love and service will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Stanley was survived by his wife, Eunette Harris; his children, Susan Bingham and Michael Harris; his grandchildren, Alex Bingham, Nickolas Bingham, Aidan Lee and Garrett Lee; siblings, Norman Harris and Delores Hester; niece, Barb Bateman; nephews, Mitch Harris, Greg Harris, Ken Harris, Shawn Grimes and Michael Grimes.
A gathering of family & friends for Stanley will be held Monday, April 22, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204 followed by a celebration of life at 11:30 AM.
