September 24, 2024 – Metro Nashville Police have arrested a teenager who has been accused of shooting at an undercover MNPD officer and a 2-man helicopter crew on Monday.
The 16-year-old is charged with three counts of attempted murder. A 15-year-old, who was the front seat passenger, is charged with one count of attempted murder for shooting at the undercover officer.
The teens fled from Patricia Drive yesterday after the shooting and into a wooded area off Millwood Drive at Murfreesboro Pike.
No charges were placed against the two rear seat passengers, ages 13 and 14.
