(August 12, 2022) Tyrone McGee Jr., 31, surrendered at MNPD headquarters Thursday night on an outstanding murder warrant charging him with last Friday’s fatal shooting of Timothy Hodge, 33, in a parking lot outside the K building of Knollcrest Apartments on Creekwood Drive.
Detectives are continuing to look for the blue 2007 BMW X3 that McGee is believed to have been driving on the night of the homicide. The SUV bears Tennessee license plate number BFC-8720 and looks similar to the photo attached to this media release.
