June 24, 2025 – Two teenagers were arrested overnight following an armed robbery on Lincoya Bay Drive. The victim reported his cell phone and bank card were stolen by two suspects and he was tracking his phone to a location on Dickerson Pike.
Kenneth Jordan, 16, and Mykel Couch, 14, were located on Dickerson Pike in a stolen vehicle with a broken back passenger window. Both teens fled from officers into a nearby apartment.
The vehicle they fled from, which had been stolen on Monday from Lucile Street, had the Lincoya Bay Drive victim’s cell phone and bank card inside.
Jordan and Couch were taken into custody. Inside the apartment, two stolen firearms were recovered. One was stolen on June 5 from a motor vehicle on Harding Place and the other was taken on June 14th from a car on Dickerson Pike.
Jordan and Couch were both charged in Juvenile Court, each with three counts of aggravated robbery. The investigation continues into their potential involvement in similar, recent robberies.
