Arrest warrants have been sworn out against two incarcerated felons for the 2010 aggravated rape of a 14-year-old girl. Youth Services detectives reopened the case after the now adult victim wanted to prosecute the suspects.

In 2010, the victim came forward stating was raped by three male suspects at a party. A rape kit was collected at Nashville General Hospital and submitted to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s crime laboratory. The victim, at the time, was unsure if she wished to prosecute.

The victim contacted Youth Services Detective Brian Zullo last month wishing to proceed with prosecution and the DNA testing resumed at the TBI’s lab. Two male suspects were identified based on the results.

Ryan Roe, 30, and Paige Hammonds, 31, both currently incarcerated on unrelated convictions, will be served with aggravated rape warrants in the near future.
