TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville has received approval from the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission to establish a new 15-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. The decision was granted on October 22 following a Certificate of Need hearing.
The new unit will allow patients to continue their care at TriStar Centennial without transferring to another facility for rehabilitation. It will be located on the fourth floor of the Sarah Cannon building at 2410 Patterson Street and is expected to open in 2027.
Hospital leaders say the addition will enhance continuity of care and strengthen support for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries.
