The Nashville Half Marathon & 5K presented by First Horizon returns to downtown this Saturday, October 25, celebrating its 16th year of running through Music City. More than 3,200 participants from 40+ states and 5 countries will take to the streets for a morning of movement, music and community pride.
Runners and residents should plan ahead — it’s shaping up to be a busy weekend in Nashville with ESPN College GameDay broadcasting from Nashville, home football games at Titans Stadium for TSU and Vanderbilt, and beautiful fall weather expected to draw large crowds across the city.
The race takes place on Saturday, October 25, 2025 -race start: 7:00 a.m. with road closures: Approximately 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. See all street closures here.
