November 21, 2022 – Homicide Unit detectives during the night charged Tommie Lee Brown II, 38, with Friday afternoon’s murder of Arthur Henderson, 38, in the parking lot of Fallbrook Apartments on Dellway Villa Road.
Surveillance video shows that Brown fatally shot Henderson during a brief physical altercation between the two men. Brown then fled the apartment complex in a white Chevrolet SUV. TITANS (The Investigative Team Addressing Neighborhood Shootings) detectives determined that Brown traveled to Clarksville after the shooting, got into a Dodge Charger, and headed back toward Nashville. The THP stopped Brown and a female on I-24 just as they drove into Davidson County.
Brown is charged with criminal homicide. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500,000.
