16-year-old Misael Juarez-Nunez is now charged with criminal homicide for the August 22 fatal shooting of Abiel Euceda, 13, in the 200 block of Benzing Road.
During an interview, Juarez-Nunez admitted that he shot Euceda while playing with a loaded handgun.
