Bre’ohnn Blackmun, 17, is charged in Juvenile Court with especially aggravated robbery for the March 17 shooting that injured a 21-year-old man in the 3400 block of Timber Trail Drive.
Investigation by Non-Lethal Shooting Detective Joshua Zambrano-Vera led to the identification of Blackmun as the suspect who met the victim to purchase an AR-style firearm but instead attempted to rob him at gunpoint.
The victim, who was struck in the thigh during a struggle over the weapon, managed to drive off, leaving the suspect behind.
