Suspect Involved in Several Nashville Cell Phone Store Robberies Sought

Violent Crimes detectives are working to identify the man who robbed several cell phone stores at gunpoint over the last month. The suspect, described to be a white man between 30-40 years old, has a tattoo on his right calf and earrings in each ear (seen in attached surveillance photos).

On May 25, the suspect entered Boost Mobile, 2592 Murfreesboro Pike, and demanded employees put money in a bag while displaying a black handgun. Another Boost Mobile was robbed in the same manner on June 20 at 3734 Nolensville Pike.

A Metro by T-Mobile store was robbed June 4 at 3928 Lebanon Pike and an employee’s phone stolen as the suspect demanded money from the register. The man displayed a handgun during the robbery before leaving the store on foot.

A man with a similar physical description, between 5’8 and 6’0, entered the Boost Mobile, 963 Richards Road, June 17 and demanded money from employees. The employees during this robbery did not see a firearm before the suspect left on foot towards Haywood Lane.

The suspect is always wearing dark clothing, dark sunglasses and gloves in each reported robbery. He always asks for money to be placed in a bag, mostly a plastic shopping bag.

Anyone who recognizes him from the attached surveillance photos is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
