UPDATE 3/29: Police have arrested the suspect in this incident, WSMV reports. Justin Wakefield, 23, has been charged with attempted criminal homicide and aggravated assault after police say he shot the men following an argument. He is in custody on a $525,000 bond.
Two people were injured in a shooting in East Nashville on March 28, 2023, according to WSMV.
Metro Nashville Police responded to the shooting around 2:45 a.m. at 1026 Hart Lane.
One shooting victim was found inside a car in the driverâs seat and the second victim was found outside the car, lying next to it on the ground.
Both victims were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
No arrests have been made.
