TBI has issed a Silver Alert for Cuong Pham, who is missing from Davidson County.
The 91-year-old is 4’10”, 120 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen on Tuesday wearing a gray sweater, black pants, and beige shoes.
Cuong has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
